On Monday 14th April you raised £268 for St Oswalds Hospice.

This April we are hosting a charity bingo night that will take place on Monday 14th April. In keeping with our charity this month, St Oswald’s Hospice, we are going to be offering prizes relating to the charity in order to raise awareness.
If you come along to room 2 on the 14th, we will be giving away prizes at random throughout the day. The main prize, 2 tickets to see Circus Starr at Blaydon Rugby Club, Newcastle Upon Tyne*, will be awarded to the Full House winner of the 8pm game, and as usual a 50% cash match to the jackpot of this game will be donated to St Oswald’s Hospice.
A little about the charity….
~St Oswald’s are an independent, self-financing voluntary organisation.
~They are a registered charity and rely on voluntary giving to ensure essential services, with no charge for these services, ensuring access to anyone who needs them.
~The annual running costs exceed £6 million.
~Less than 30% of this sum from local Health Authorities.
~The remaining 70% (approximately £4.5 million) of funding comes through charitable giving.

BallsUp Bingo have praised Crown Bingo in a recent article posted on their blog.

Charity Bingo Night in our second room. We were raising money for The Variety Club in support of their Gold Heart Appeal.
In total we raised £413 for The Variety Club, giving 50% of the prize pools during the Charity Bingo games in room 2.
We are waiting to hear back from the Northern Variety Club Chairman but I’m sure he will be delighted with the money.
Big thanks go out to our players in room 2 and also the CM’s and support staff for a great evening.

Crown Bingo, is ’showing the love’ this Valentine’s Day by donating 50% of their prize pool to the North East Variety Club’s Children’s Charity.
